Shipping & Returns
Your purchase will be processed within 24hrs of placing your order. We aim to provide a fast shipping service, but please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery of your order on a standard service.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95 for orders up to 1Kg. For light items (under 200g), delivery will be just £2.50. For orders of 1kg and above, the standard charge of £4.99 will apply. For larger items, the postage is £7.95.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm at a charge of £6.99. Orders placed on a Friday for next day delivery on a Saturday will incur extra charges other than those stated during checkout.
All non-bulky, standard items are delivered within the UK in up to 5 working days. If there is no one there to receive the order, our couriers will leave a card for you to call to arrange another delivery time. Personalised items generally take up to 28 days but more specific information will be given on the individual product page. All our large and heavier items require special handling (see below). Non-Standard UK Delivery Items Items with the below delivery symbols in their description have non standard delivery times. Most of these items are available to UK mainland only addresses so please check in the item description for approximate delivery times and any delivery restrictions. The Highlands, N. Ireland and other UK islands may take an extra day. Royal Mail Express Delivery charges apply. Please note that a signature is required on receipt.
Royal Mail offers as standard, compensation cover for loss or damage up to £32 or market value (whichever is the lower).

Customers purchasing from outside the UK may have to pay increased carriage charges than those charged at the point of sale.
Mappamundi has a strict RETURNS policy. You may return your purchase if damaged in transit or incomplete or damaged upon receipt only if you have notified us with within 7 days of receiving your order. However, contact with our office by telephone or email is required before any acceptance of returned items can be considered. In these circumstances we are liable for carriage costs but only by Royal Mail first class service unless otherwise agreed. In these circumstances we can either offer a replacement or a refund. It is the customers responsibility to return the unwanted items to the returns address provided within a reasonable and practical timeframe agreed with Mappamundi, otherwise we will require the customer to cover our costs of recovering the item(s).
It is your right as a consumer to return any unwanted items providing you notify our office within 7 working days of receiving your order. However, contact with our office by telephone is required before any acceptance of returned items can be considered. In these circumstances you are liable for carriage costs. It is the customers responsibility to return unwanted items to the returns address provided on contact with our within a reasonable and practical timeframe agreed with Mappamundi, otherwise we will require the customer to cover our costs of recovering the item(s). It is the customers' responsibility to return unwanted items in a condition suitable for resale. If a product is returned to us unfit for resale, a refund will be refused and the product returned to the customer at the customers' expense.
